Today we had the great pleasure to have Nasser as our driver from the hotel to the airport. The drive was great, smooth, made it in time and the car was great. Had plenty of space and was very comfortable. Nasser was the best driver we’ve ever had for any trip. He helped us with everything, he took care of everything very well and was always so kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend him. We have nothing but good words about him and today’s drive with him.

Naseer provided an excellent transfer from Gatwick to our accommodation. It was quite a long journey, but he made it very enjoyable from start to finish. My mum and I spent most of the trip chatting with him, and he shared interesting insights about the local culture as well as several places we passed along the way.

A long story short. We had flown out of East Midlands to Ibiza. However our airline had significantly delayed the return flight. We decided an additional night in Ibiza was the best option for us. However the return flight was into Luton.

We found this excellent airport transfer service on the internet whilst at Ibiza airport. We were slightly worried about transferring £140 to. Company we had just found on the net but were instantly put at ease when the company called us and we had a reassuring telephone conversation.

The written comms were fantastic from there on in.

As soon as we landed at Luton and the flight mode was turned off there was the driver, Naz, on the phone, explaining that he on the perimeter of the airport and to ring him when we were through passport control and bagge reclaim. Which we did. At which point he told us where to find him, which was very useful as we were not familiar with Luton Airport.

Naz’s instructions were spot on and we soon found him.

We then started our 90 minute drive up to EMA. Naz get us entertained all the way. We talked religion, politics, football and all gamuts in between. Naz was totally professional throughout and a very personable chap. It was an absolute delight and we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Well done Naz and well done to the third party booking agents. Comms were reassuring and professional throughout. Worth every penny.

Naseer was absolutely wonderful! He picked up me, my husband, and our two kids from the airport and made us feel so welcome after a long journey.
